With over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry building custom homes, franchises such as Firehouse subs, Pita Pit, colleges such as ASU and various School districts. We are confident we can build whatever you can dream up.

All of our Tiny House builds are built to order and in a indoors climate controlled area. This insures that each build is done to the highest standard and has not been sitting on a lot for weeks/months somewhere waiting for a buyer.

We take the upmost pride in our builds and ensure each project is started and finished to the highest quality, integrity, and to our clients needs. Every detail matters.

Each order from start to finish takes approximately 8-12 weeks and can be delivered right to you. We will help with all of the steps, layouts, design, finishes, selections, build process and delivery. All of our tiny houses are framed with steel. This allows each build to be stronger, last longer and the insulation ratings are much higher making them more efficient and the living cost less. We offer solar packages and wind turbine generators as well to get you completely off-grid, all you would need is a water source. This could be a rain water collection system, storage tanks, well, or city water.
